The BMT center water power tool holder is a turning and milling composite machining tool with BMT interface as the core, designed specifically for CNC lathes and turning and milling composite centers. It can achieve multi process integration in metal part machining, support 0 degree and 90 degree installation angles, meet different machining needs such as inner cavity boring, end face milling, and side groove cutting, and has axial/radial cutting ability and high-pressure internal cooling function.
Built in high-pressure internal cooling channel, equipped with water stop cylinder clamp and water stop nut, to achieve the function of spraying coolant at the center of the tool. The maximum pressure of the coolant is 15MPa, and the external water spray port can be independently closed to meet the pure center water discharge demand.
