The TPGH series of CNC precision boring blades are divided into two categories for different materials: alloy coated stainless steel blades and uncoated aluminum blades. The alloy coated stainless steel blade adopts multi-layer composite coating technology (such as TiAlN/AlCrN), with a hardness of HV3000 or above, high temperature resistance up to 1200 ℃, and a cutting speed of 150-250m/min when cutting stainless steel, extending the service life by 3-5 times. It also has a 15 ° rake angle design to reduce cutting resistance. The uncoated aluminum blade is made of ultra-fine grain hard alloy substrate, equipped with a 20 ° large rake angle and sharp cutting edge, specially designed for aluminum alloy. Both types of blades adopt a triangular transposition structure, and a single blade contains 3 effective cutting edges.
