The CNC rivets BT30, BT40, and BT50 carburized elongated types are mainly used in the tool holder system to enhance tool connection strength and adapt to high-speed machining requirements. Its core characteristics include the use of high-quality steel (such as 20CrMnTi) for manufacturing, and special carburizing treatment, with a surface hardness of HRC48-58. Compared with ordinary rivets, its wear resistance and tensile strength are increased by more than 50%, making it particularly suitable for long-term, high-speed heavy cutting scenarios.
The carburizing elongation design optimizes the axial tension distribution by increasing the contact area between the tension pin and the spindle, which can effectively reduce the risk of tool vibration in high load machining.
