HSK hydraulic tool holder is a core tool system designed specifically for high-speed and high-precision machining centers. Through precise coupling of double-sided positioning (1:10 taper+end face contact) and hydraulic expansion technology, it achieves μ - level repetitive positioning accuracy (≤ 3 μ m) and dynamic stability at extreme speeds (40000 rpm+), redefining the rigid boundary of modern precision machining.
Its hollow thin-walled structure undergoes elastic deformation during high-speed rotation, causing the conical surface to synchronously adhere to the main shaft with the flange end face, and its anti centrifugal ability is more than 5 times higher than that of traditional BT tool holders.
