Hydraulic tool handle high precision diameter reducer sleeve (HC series) is a key switching component to connect the hydraulic tool handle with small tools, to achieve tool stress-free grip through precision oil pressure expansion technology. The series contains HC12, HC20, HC32 three mainstream specifications, can be adapted to φ3-32mm cylindrical handle tools, while ensuring ≤0.003mm beating accuracy, supporting 100bar high pressure internal cooling system.

The HC12 series is designed for micro-cutters, with an outer diameter of 16.5mm, and can hold φ3-8mm drills/milling cutters, especially suitable for micro-hole machining such as medical bone nails (φ0.5mm). Its narrow groove sealing structure effectively prevents coolant leakage, and the actual beat ≤1μm at 4 times the diameter.
