The BT series hydraulic tool holder is a precision clamping tool that uses hydraulic expansion technology. It drives the thin-walled sleeve to deform uniformly through internal oil chamber pressurization (80-120Bar), achieving 360 ° stress free clamping of the tool. Its core advantage lies in a runout accuracy of ≤ 3 μ m at 3 times the diameter (≤ 6 μ m for cylindrical shank tools), and a stable repeat positioning accuracy within ± 1 μ m, making it particularly suitable for high-speed reaming, drilling, and light milling.
This series is made of titanium alloy 20CrMnTi material (hardness 58-60HRC), compatible with standard taper interfaces such as BT30/BT40/BT50, with a maximum speed of 25000 rpm and maintaining G2.5 dynamic balance. Standard DIN69871 AD+B cooling channel, supporting dual internal and external cutting oil supply. Loading and unloading can be completed with a single pressure bolt, and the operating efficiency is 50% higher than traditional tool holders. Typical applications include deep cavity milling of molds (overhang ratio 5:1) and machining of aerospace titanium alloy parts, with tool life extended to four times that of ordinary chucks. During maintenance, it is necessary to regularly check the hydraulic sealing performance and prohibit clamping tools that exceed the tolerance (non H6 tolerance) or have keyways.
