The outer cylindrical tool holder is made of inner cooled spring steel with anti-seismic inner water outlet, which is a metal cutting tool specially designed for efficient turning processing. It is made of spring steel material and achieves a balance between high rigidity and impact resistance through special heat treatment technology. Its core feature is the built-in high-pressure coolant channel, which can directly deliver coolant to the cutting edge area, effectively reducing cutting temperature and improving chip removal efficiency. The tool holder structure adopts a triangular or diamond cross-section design (such as the MTJNR/MWLNR series), combined with shock-absorbing damping technology (particle damping or spinning shock-absorbing structure), which can reduce machining vibration by more than 40%, especially suitable for long overhang cutting of difficult to machine materials such as stainless steel and titanium alloys.
