The WC/SD CNC U drill combines efficient processing with economy. Its innovative blade design and internal cooling structure enable continuous drilling, and its processing efficiency can reach 2-3 times that of twist drills. It can directly operate on inclined surfaces within 30° without pre-drilling guide holes, and the processing diameter range covers 13-60mm, which is suitable for a variety of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy25. The indexable insert supports 3-4 cutting edge changes. The WC series inserts are precisely centered, while the SD (SP series) inserts optimize the bottom surface flatness and achieve efficient chip removal of short chips through internal cooling channels to eliminate processing interruptions. The drill bit has the capabilities of boring, chamfering and eccentric drilling. It can complete multi-step hole composite processing on lathes and machining centers, with a hole accuracy of ±0.1mm and a surface finish better than traditional drilling processes. The titanium coating technology further enhances the wear resistance of the blade, and with the H55-grade high-rigidity cutter body, it ensures the stability of deep hole processing with a length-to-diameter ratio of 5 times.
